By accessing, reviewing, or engaging with Tempest Adjusters LLC ("Company," "we," "us") in any capacity — including claim consultations, correspondence, or review of company materials — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all engagement with the Company.
Tempest Adjusters LLC is a limited liability company duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida (Document No. L20000057760, FEI No. 84-4742573). The Company provides public adjusting services and is managed by Desiree Y. Cordova (MGRM), as recorded with the Florida Secretary of State and licensed under the Florida Department of Financial Services.
Tempest Adjusters LLC provides professional public adjusting services under Florida law. Any information shared through general communications does not constitute a formal client engagement unless explicitly established through a signed representation agreement. Clients are encouraged to review all engagement documents carefully before proceeding.
Only Desiree Y. Cordova, designated as Managing Member (MGRM) and Registered Agent, has the authority to formally bind Tempest Adjusters LLC in contracts, agreements, or official representations. No other individual may act on behalf of the Company without explicit written authorization from the Managing Member.
All client engagements are governed by separate representation agreements. Tempest Adjusters LLC maintains strict confidentiality of all client information, insurance policy details, and claim documentation. We will not disclose client information to unauthorized parties without prior written consent, except as required by law or insurance regulations.
All materials, methodologies, branding, reports, and proprietary information associated with Tempest Adjusters LLC are the exclusive property of the Company or its authorized licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tempest Adjusters LLC, its managing member, registered agent, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from any service engagement or reliance on Company materials, beyond the scope expressly covered in a signed representation agreement.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Orange County, Florida.
Tempest Adjusters LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued engagement with the Company following any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.
